Glamp Mobile Rental Contract

These Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Rental Terms”) govern the reservation, rental, and use of Glamp Mobile vehicles. By signing the Intake Form, booking, paying for, or using a Glamp Mobile campervan, you agree to be bound by these Rental Terms and the full Agreement.

These Rental Terms apply in combination with any additional terms provided at the time of rental, including but not limited to the Intake Form, insurance terms, schedules, and other policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Renter and Owner and may only be modified in writing.

1. Definitions

  • Owner / Glamp Mobile: Glamp Mobile Inc and affiliates
  • Renter / You: Individual listed on the Intake Form
  • Vehicle: The campervan provided for rental
  • Rental Period: Time between pickup and return
  • Charges: All fees, penalties, and additional costs

2. Use of Vehicle

Authorized Drivers

Only the Renter may operate the Vehicle unless additional drivers are approved in writing. Renter remains financially responsible at all times.

Reservation & Payment

  • Reservation confirmed upon deposit and confirmation email
  • Remaining balance due at pickup
  • Owner may charge payment method for all Charges

Pickup & Return

Vehicle must be picked up and returned at the agreed location.

Late Return

  • $350 per 24-hour period (rounded up)
  • $100 administrative fee per late day

Region

Vehicle use limited to the contiguous U.S. and Canada.

3. Mileage, Fuel & Add-Ons

Mileage

Unlimited miles during Rental Period.

Fuel

Vehicle must be returned at or above starting fuel level or charges will apply.

Pets

Allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per trip.

Towing

Allowed up to rated capacity with paid add-on.

4. Prohibited Uses

Vehicle may NOT be used:

  • By unauthorized drivers
  • For illegal activity
  • While impaired
  • Off-road beyond reasonable conditions
  • Outside approved regions
  • For commercial transport or subleasing

5. Renter Responsibilities

Renter agrees to:

  • Pay tolls, violations, and related fees
  • Report all damage or issues immediately
  • Operate vehicle safely and lawfully

6. Damage, Accidents & Liability

  • All accidents must be reported immediately
  • Renter must cooperate with claims process
  • Renter responsible for damages caused during rental

Owner liability is limited to refund or replacement vehicle where applicable.

7. Service & Repairs

If issues arise:

  • Renter must contact Glamp Mobile immediately
  • Owner will coordinate service providers
  • Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed

Mechanical failures due to normal use are typically covered. Negligence or misuse is not.

8. Roadside Assistance (Optional

Roadside assistance is not included by default and may be available as an optional add-on through our insurance partner.

If purchased, roadside assistance may cover:

  • Flat tires
  • Dead batteries
  • Lockouts
  • Fuel delivery

Renter must follow instructions provided at booking for accessing roadside services. Additional costs may apply depending on coverage.

9. Insurance Requirements

Renter must:

  • Maintain valid personal auto insurance
  • Provide proof of insurance
  • Purchase required supplemental third-party liability coverage

Rental is prohibited without required insurance coverage.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • 45+ days: Full refund
  • 44–30 days: Deposit forfeited
  • 29–14 days: 50% forfeited
  • <14 days: No refund

11. Cleaning & Condition

Standard cleaning fee applies. Excessive cleaning or damage will incur additional charges.

12. No Guarantee

If Vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Owner control, Owner may cancel rental. Renter’s sole remedy is refund of fees paid.

13. Assumption of Risk

Renter acknowledges inherent risks of operating a campervan and agrees to assume responsibility for safe use.

14. Communication Consent (SMS & Electronic)

By providing your phone number and engaging with Glamp Mobile, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications via SMS, phone, or email.

These may include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Trip updates
  • Safety or service notifications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Glamp Mobile complies with applicable laws including NH SB 255 and TCPA/TCR messaging requirements. Consent is not a condition of purchase beyond necessary transactional communication.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glamp Mobile from all claims arising from use of the Vehicle.

17. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Jury trials and class actions are waived.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

19. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
